Reinforce equality between men and women, and establish a new national action plan on gender equality which will also address the gender pay gap.

Unfortunately, professional women (especially working mothers) within organizations are paid less because they are perceived as having too many family distractions. However, I know a lot of women who put in much more work than is expected, during and after office hours to fight this perception. Yet our pay remains the same.
