GHRC is usefull to oversee and coordinate works carried out in Valletta and Cottonera. All stakeholders have 1 point of reference for such developments. A similar solution is needed for other highly touristic and urbanistically complicated locations - St.Julians/Paceville/Sliema, Rabat/Mdina, all of Cottonera. Lots of stakeholders have plans and ideas for these placea but end up giving up or rwplicating a lotnof energy due to lack of leadership.
