We should have night tariffs that reflect the lower cost of energy at night. It is a known fact that many households use water heaters for morning showers and run their dishwashers at night. This was a proposal years ago and it was hijacked by PL propoganda. This doesn't mean it wasn't a good idea.
Very good idea, especially since during the summer months many people use air-conditioning during the nightime.
This is a good suggestion which should help a lot of people, especially the adults / pensioners. After all many people around the world already have this usage.
