I notice a lot of immigrants at Marsa who are yearning to be offered some work. I think if we create a voluntary scheme whereby they can participate, against fair payment of course, we can get a lot of work done to embellish the island which is looking very shabby!
I support this. But one must keep in mind, that they are given a monthly allowance, and they give nothing in return. Therefore they should participate against no more payment or possibly against a minimal increase.
