A National Cancer Research Institute should be set up involving Univerisity, Ministry of Health, Comm Chest Fund, , Life Sciences Park etc to study incidence, prevention and cure of cancer in Malta. While government pays for all chemo treatments, Comm Chest Fund can sponsor more research in this area.
